Mission Mycelium is an urban and circular mushroom farm located in the heart of Vevey (Rue du Simplon 31).

We provide a simple solution to the significant industrial waste produced by breweries, by using their waste to grow a range of gourmet and medicinal mushrooms. The goal is not simply to reduce waste, but to produce high quality products locally, from local waste, for the local market. Our eco-friendly farming practices ensure you can enjoy this culinary treasure while supporting a greener future.

We want to show the whole industry that it is possible to use our waste streams in a more circular way, but also show and discover the fascinating world of mycology, especially the health benefits for us and our planet. A mix of urban agriculture, circular economy and exotic flavors.
